BIOGRAPHY by Mario Vargas Llosa
born March 28, 1936 in Arequipa (Peru). After the divorce of his parents, was raised by his mother and grandfather in the city of Cochabamba, Bolivia. In 1946 the family moved to the Peruvian city of Piura, in 1947, and in Lima, his parents revived their relationship.
In Lima, Mario Vargas Llosa attended a Catholic school.
